Kess V2 master “this tool is not updated” solution

I had successfully add the token for Kess v2 master firmware V4.036 last time. But i failed this time. The Kess v2 ecu tuning kit displayed an error message “WARNNING: this tool is not updated. Connect the PC to the Internet and run again the software “

This is nothing about the recharge tokens.

You have accessed to the Internet to update the device firmware/software.

Possible solution:

Change another laptop,disconnect internet connection, re-install kess v2 ksuite software and driver. Run again the Ksuite software. If it does not work, you have to send back your main unit for repair.
