How to Transfer Autel Ownership to Another?

How do you transfer the ownership if you bought a used Autel diagnostic scanner? Also what else is needed to purchase updates?

Solution:

Only an official Autel distributor can do it.

Send us

old ID: xxxx@gmail.com

New ID: xxxx@gmail.com

Device Serial number: V09G7010xxxx

Then Autel technician will transfer over for you.

They will remove the original owner from his balance on the Autel website.

After that you can register it on your account with the serial. Very easy and forward.

If you need to change your registered Autel ID, you do the same above.

When buying a used Autel is it easy to transfer over subscription?

Yes, just contact us with the SN before your purchase and make sure it is for the correct region.
