How to Solve Xtool X100 PAD OBD2 Function Keeps Loading?

 Problem:

I need help on my new xtool x100 pad can you assist me

Obd2 function not working

Just loading forever.

 

 

Solution:

Go to Quick Support function, you will see a 9-digit ID, press SEND MY ID.   obdii365.com customer service will have xtool engineer to assist you via Teamviewer.

Then accept the connection. Xtool engineer will access to your x100 pad system. Then detele or download necessary software program.

Don’t quit until you are told to.

Try again after finish downloading software.
