Autel can Acess Nissan Security Gateway via AutoAuth

Gateway Access Now Available for Nissan Vehicles. Nissan has joined with Autoauth and offering subscriptions. Registering your shop and tablet at AutoAuth allows you to access the secured systems and perform complete diagnostics, including clearing codes, performing bidirectional controls, Active Tests, and special functions on security gateway-equipped Nissan vehicles.

Nissan models included are 2020 and newer Sentras, 2022 and newer Pathfinders, and 2021 and newer Rogues. This gateway access is available now on Autel MaxiSYS Ultra, MS919, MS909, MS906PRO, and MS906PRO-TS. The remaining Autel tablets will receive this update by May 30. 2024.

To connect to security gateways, your tablet must have an activated subscription and be Wi-Fi enabled.

AutoAuth charges $50 annually.

Can perform key learning using this feature for newer Sentra/Rogue?

No, Autoauth is only used for secure gateway inlock, which allows the scan tool access to the vehicle. Autoauth is diag only.

AutoAuth has never covered Key Programming. To program keys or perform immobilizer functions you need secure gateway access AND you need to be a VSP.

Does Autoauth require an active Autel subscription to work?

Yes, it does.

You will need to update your account. You need to log into your Autoauth account, go to Shop Profile.

One you are in the Shop, under your Shop Profile, in the Center Section, you can select Nissan and add a subscription.

Solution:

Easy to fix with genuine AVDI or FVDI clone.

Xhorse Multi Prog can Repair BMW FRM3

Over 20 BMW FRM3 (footwell module) have already been repaired with Xhorse Multi Prog. Very easy and 100% satisfied.

How to Repair BMW FRM with Multi-Prog:

Very simply read the instructions on the tool. Read in the repair section then write the file you just read in the repair section.

No need to change anything like the old vvdi prog just read then write.

Normally from battery being bad corrupts the flash you convert d flash to eeprom (read VVDI prog repair BMW FRM) and write a partition but multi prog will do this automatically.

The old vvdi prog you used to have to write the partition multi prog is all automated.

Steps:

1.Choose D-Flash-Back-up, click READ, and save DFLASH file read

2.Choose Data Repair, click ‘Open file’, select the file saved in the previous step, click ‘WRITE’

How to Fix Porshce 2014 Damaged BCM?

Problem:

2014 Porsche Cayenne all keys lost, take the bcm out but saw someone already tried read it and cut the board, tried to read it with yanhua acdp, vvdi prog, autel xp400 pro, hexprog but nothing.

He probably tried to read it with vvdi prog or autel and cut the board, autohex and acdp not required to cut,
We tried to fix it or read it with all and nothing read it.

It’s the ceramic one, the guy before cut it and damaged the point to solder to, we tried to solder there and the pin instead but still nothing

Unable to see the damage through the flux and with the crystal sitting there, remove the crystal from the board and clean all the area with alcohol so the damage is visible. There would be a short if too much solder gets under the crystal too.
We usually use thin copper wire to fix traces, bad coils are perfect source for it, do not even need to buy any.

UPDATED:
Make sure you have the MCU Pin 94 short (0 Ohm) to the test point as pictured, if it is not – you will have no clock input and it will not boot. Need to solder thin wire between the two. Also remove excessive solder and clean out the flux.

How to Add VW Beetle 2016 Key with Autel KM100 via OBD?

Autel KM100 new user report:

add a spare key to the Volkswagen Beetle 2016 successfully.

Procedure:

It is ID48 not MQB.

First in option to copy chip and then it gives you the option to program. Generate ID48 chip with xhorse.

Read the eeprom and the immobilizer to give you the pin code, I made the backup, copy chip 48 with the same km100, which appears on the dash 0 of 1 and then the program key, then appears 1 of 1. Did it all via OBD2.

Problem:

Autel km100 key tool restarts every 3 or 5 or 10 minutes.

Here is the customer solution:

Below the battery is a shield, the largest one in the center. Remove.
This one USA. Thermal bread which in no way helps dissolve heat. I don’t know if all km100 heats mine uses a thermal camera because it repaired phones it’s almost similar. Switched to thermal paste which one I use for some phones. The temperature is dropping. Didn’t give me reboot issues again. My km100 is 3 months old I bought it from the first day it gave me that problem. Wasn’t used. Ask the brand because it was bought in the USA sending it is very expensive besides they lose with my country’s mail. That’s why I better check it out. If it has a warranty then it’s better to use it. But that’s another topic. I hope my experience helps you.
