Add 2013 Citroen Jumper Key with Lonsdor K518 Pro
We’re working on a 2013 Citroen Jumper. A customer need to add a spare key. We are going to add a key using Lonsdor K518 Pro.
In these vehicles, the keys are stored in the BCM, and there are two modules—Magnetti Marelli and Delphi. Each module has its own nuances, and each module requires its own keys (despite their external similarity).
Since the blade of the old key remains and only the circuit board was damaged, the recovery process is somewhat simplified. Here’s the recovery procedure:
1. Read the necessary information from the key block.
2. Using this information, generate a so-called dealer key.
3. Program each key to the vehicle.
Working time: 30 minutes.

If all keys lost, you need to get 24-digit incode from 3rd party to access.
Requires at least 2 keys.
Select All keys lost with Pin code.
It will display 40 digits outcode. Get 24-digit incode from 3rd party and input here.
Erase keys first.
Place the 1st smart key to be programmed in the key sensing area.
Program success.
Place the 2nd smart key to be programmed to the sensing area.
Program 2nd key successfully.
How to Solve Autel IM608 Dodge ‘Current PIN is Locked’ Error?
Here comes a similar problem:
Attempted to read pin code and add a key to a 2011 Dodge RAM 2500. Autel IM608 II said the current pin is locked. It did read the pin code but whenever try the program with the PIN code that it read it was incorrect.
Solution:
Leave it on for an hour to unlock the module.
That happened to us many times before and we did wait 1 hour the key need to be in the on position.
No disconnect works here, ignition on for 1 hour and can attempt again.

Problem:
Autel MP808 says Maxi's data have been destroyed, in order to fix exception.
Solution:
1. Delete "Vehicle" folder under: ES File -> Scan -> Vehicle;
2. Re-download Vehicle app.
3. If the above methods do not work, restore factory settings.
After resetting to factory and installed everything back again the message was gone
Removing memory card and refitting solved it.
Delete and reinstall the software.

Program VW Golf 2014 MQB All Keys Lost with Autel IM508
Autel built-in MQB calculator review from Mr.Peter:
“Share my today’s experience with MQB build-in calculator. I have Autel IM508 + XP400Pro + GBOX2. Car was VW Golf7 2014 with manual gearbox without keyless start.
So, all you need to get sync data is read ECM and cluster immo data.
ECM data was pulled out with Gbox connected to car battery (MED17.1.25). Autel read flash and eeprom data to calculate immo data.
I read cluster data with APB131 adapter without any issues. Chip was D70F3526 so you have to remove 3 capacitors but its quite big sized so it is not so serious problem.
After reading of both datas, I went to AKL function menu, where I upload all data and Autel generated me sync file and prepare dealer key.
Last step was to install everything back in car, clear fault codes and start key matching.
All done in aprrx 3 hours (with 2 times journey to car).

How to Fix CGDI Prog MB V3.4.0.0 Error 25E1?
Problem:
Update v3.4.0.0 has been released. However, after updating to v3.4.0.0, my CGDI MB firmware won’t update, returning error 25E1. The program doesn’t recognize the CGDI MB or serial number. When I roll back to v3.3.6.6, the program recognizes the CGDI MB and serial number.
Solution:
3.4.0.0 works but aslo need update firmware of CGDI MB.
How to Fix Ford FDRS Login Failed Problem?
Problem:
Tried to program a Ford Transit 2022 spare smart key with Autel IM608 II JVCI+ passthru and Ford FDRS. But failed to login into FDRS after buying subscription.
Error: authorization has failed.
Solution:
You need to install the new version to use it with their new system.
Their website has instructions and the link to newest.
UPDATE!
Uninstalled FDRS, and redownloaded the same version again.
And remember always plug into vehicle before testing connectivity to device. And absolutely make sure you have +12 v.
Download FDRS after subscription and it worked fine.
