How to Solve Autel IM508 2021 Jeep Programming BOOT2 Error
Problem:
Tried to add a spare key to a 2021 Jeep Compass with Autel IM508.
This is what I am getting, trying to read password it keeps.
Error: Programming BOOT2
Any solution?
Solution:
Voltage is low.
Connect battery booster or change battery.
Battery is dead on that car, get a battery maintainer as at 9V no modules will talk and you risk damaging the car. For any sort of programing 13.5V is a must.
If you use correct booster, you can set to 13.5V or more.
Feedback:
The car had a problem, electrical problem. The battery was good, but the voltage was showing low. I ended up figuring it out and got the job done. I had noticed the voltage but when I hook up to the battery, it will show 12.5 but on the scanner, it shows 8.

Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Max Pro clone Mazda CX30 2020 smart key using XM38 key successfully.
Go to Special Function-> Copy Proximity Remote->Mazda 6A smart key clone.
Was it just cloning, or was programming required for the Xhorse key?
There was no programming involved. He simply pre-coded the Xhorse XM38 key using a Mazda file and then cloned it. Just clone it and go get that money.
NOTE:
Be careful cloning proximity keys that way. Make sure you tell the customer you’re cloning it. Issues can arise when they in the car together, etc. Always best to do it the proper way adding the key into the BCM as it should. Blessings!

Yanhua ACDP Failed to Read BMW B46D DME ISN?
Problem:
It is a 2021 BMW X1 2.8i engine with B46D DME.
Can’t read Isn with Yanhua Acdp with B48 adapter, no matter what option I try.
Keep getting an entering safe mode error.
What could be wrong or this DME is not supported? (I’ve done many of these usually.)
After 2020/06 the DME is locked.
ACDP cannot read ISN for the locked DME.

Q: What about the ones that have already been unlocked by Autotuner & other tools?
A: ECUs unlocked by tools that change the manufacturer public key are only writable by said tool at that point. Not even Ford is able to write those ECUs, think carefully before using such protocols. ECUs unlocked by Autotuner remains compatible with Autotuner and OEM tools.

Xtool X100 PAD3 Read PIN and Add 2025 Chery Arrizo 8 Smart Key
Today we’re working on a 2025 Chery Arrizo 8. The car belongs to a taxi company. Our task is to add a spare key.
There are no risks associated with adding keys to these vehicles. It’s all done via the OBD2 port and takes 10 minutes.
Using xtool x100 pad3/pad2 device with KC501 programmer.
Read pin code ok.
Program key ok.
In this case, the owner needed the original key and a full rebuild (along with an emergency mechanical key for opening the door).
1. Open the car.
2. Read the PIN code.
3. Program the key.
4. Remove the lock.
5. Cut the key.
6. Reinstall the lock.

Xhorse Change Original MQB49 5C 5D Key ID
Xhorse VVDI Key Tool Plus is about to release a new upgrade that allows modifying the ID of original MQB49 5C and 5D keys. The testing feature is currently available (check test feature 187).

How to modify original MQB49 5C/5D key ID with key tool plus?
Can used keys be reused?
Yes, that was already the case, but now you can change the ID.
It will modify both brand new and used OEM key’s ID.
When writing to original (OEM) key, it will come up just before writing.

Harley Davidson BCM Module Replacement with OBDSTAR MotoMaster
After replacing a damaged Body Control Module (BCM), a Harley Davidson Sportster 883 failed to start due to an activated anti-theft fault. Normal operation was restored by performing the Module Replacement function on OBDSTAR MOTOMASTER to complete the module learning process.
Preparation
Preparation: MOTOMSTER, M001A, M034
Solution
Solution: Use OBDSTAR MOTOMASTER to execute the Module Replacement function. This allows the newly installed module to complete the learning process, thereby clearing the anti-theft fault.
Detail Steps:
①Select MOTO Diag--HARLEY DAVIDSON--Latest Version to enter Diagnosis menu.
②Click Auto Scan; (Alternatively, you can manually select the ENG System via the system menu) ;
③Click the Enter icon on the right side of ENG to access the engine system menu. (If entry fails, use the Scan ECU function below to check the engine system status. If the ECU cannot be detected, please troubleshoot the engine module's working status) ;
④Click Special Function, then click Agree, follow the prompts, enter the password 123, click OK ;
⑤Click the Module Replacement function ;
⑥Click OK ;
⑦Attempt normal start once as prompted by the device ;
⑧Function finished, the BCM module has been successfully learned ;
