Can i do BMW G series BDC2 all keys lost with the Xhorse BDC2 adapter? This is a frequently asked question.
Xhorse released the test beta version of BDC2 all-key-lost function by the end of November 2025.

Keydiy KD-X4 Failed to Copy BMW BDC3 Key Error B7?
Problem:
BMW BDC3 key cloning using Keydiy KD-X4 definitely key is Hungary. Failed with errors code B7 I have tried both laptop and cellphone. Is this key locked (encrypted) ?
Possible reasons:
1). Keydiy cannot copy all BDC3 Hungary keys. Only 90% success rate. Still some models are not supported.
2). The date on the key is before 2020, it can’t be copied.
Better read vehicle information first to verify if it is BDC2 or BDC3 system.

How to Fix BMW CAS3+ Comfort Access Not Working After Program Key?
Problem:
Programmed BMW CAS3+ key with Autel IM508S on bench and comfort access is not working. Customer has 1 existing key and added 2 keys to slots 3 & 4. Any idea?
Solution:
You can only have 2 keys in the system with comfort access.
Only have 2 active comfort access keys at the same time.
You need to erase one of them and put the key in the same slot.
First, you must have comfort access key.
Second, only 2 comfort access key allowed to be programmed on CAS.
Only 2 keys can be ENABLED. You need to disable other keys.
Can be more keys in CAS, no need to erase.
But all others have to be disabled.
Program 2012 Volvo S80 CEM/KVM Key with Autel IM508
A client contacted us with a request to restore the key for a 2012 Volvo S80.
Since the car has keyless entry, to restore the keys we need to access two units (CEM, under the glove compartment and KWM, in the trunk).
When we read the necessary information from both CEM and KVM using Autel IM508 XP400 pro.
Add 2013 Citroen Jumper Key with Lonsdor K518 Pro
We’re working on a 2013 Citroen Jumper. A customer need to add a spare key. We are going to add a key using Lonsdor K518 Pro.
In these vehicles, the keys are stored in the BCM, and there are two modules—Magnetti Marelli and Delphi. Each module has its own nuances, and each module requires its own keys (despite their external similarity).
Since the blade of the old key remains and only the circuit board was damaged, the recovery process is somewhat simplified. Here’s the recovery procedure:
1. Read the necessary information from the key block.
2. Using this information, generate a so-called dealer key.
3. Program each key to the vehicle.
Working time: 30 minutes.

Place the 2nd smart key to be programmed to the sensing area.

How to Solve Autel IM608 Dodge ‘Current PIN is Locked’ Error?
Here comes a similar problem:
Attempted to read pin code and add a key to a 2011 Dodge RAM 2500. Autel IM608 II said the current pin is locked. It did read the pin code but whenever try the program with the PIN code that it read it was incorrect.
Solution:
Leave it on for an hour to unlock the module.
That happened to us many times before and we did wait 1 hour the key need to be in the on position.
No disconnect works here, ignition on for 1 hour and can attempt again.
Scan -> Vehicle; 2. Re-download Vehicle app. 3. If the above methods do not work, restore factory settings. After..."> How to Solve Autel MP808/MK808 Maxi Data Have Been Destroyed Problem?
Problem:
Autel MP808 says Maxi's data have been destroyed, in order to fix exception.
Solution:
1. Delete "Vehicle" folder under: ES File -> Scan -> Vehicle;
2. Re-download Vehicle app.
3. If the above methods do not work, restore factory settings.
After resetting to factory and installed everything back again the message was gone
Removing memory card and refitting solved it.
Delete and reinstall the software.
You'll need an active subscription.
