Program 2023 Dodge Ram 3500 Smart Key with Autel KM100
It is a 2023 Dodge Ram 3500 Diesel. Customer had one smart key with no lock/unlock busstons. Tried using a stock style key with buttons, but these keys usually require the exact same button combination to program in. Our customer was able to program an Xhorse Pacifica style XM38 smart key and it worked perfectly. it accepted cy24 flip blade with no issues.
Did the programming with autel km100 and adc2011 cable. It’s a cable that plugs into the security gateway that allows programming on 2018 and newer models.

How to Solve Yanhua Mini ACDP DQ381 Download Data Error?
Problem:
Yanhua Mini ACDP failed to clone a DQ381 gearbox TCU. It will read gearbox info but give a downloading routine data error.
Solution:
ACDP will only clone DQ381 ODE version.
Boot version 401 is not supported. ACDP cannot clone this TCU.
OBDSTAR DC706 Clone BMW ZF 8HP45 Gearbox on Bench
BMW X5 Phase 2 F25 gearbox (ZF 8HP45-90) replacement. normally i renew the gearbox with a specific tool but on this model of gearbox it failed no matter what tool was used. so i used OBDSTAR DC706 and P004 adapter to clone it. reading 5 min writing 10 min. job done.
Combine CG70 with CG100X to avoid Monthly Activation
Problem:
CG70 airbag reset tool device license has not expired yet (till 2025-06-24.). But it said the monthly activation has expired and requires connecting to CG100X to activate.
Solution:
Combine CG70 with CG100X programmer to activate monthly activation.
The CG70 only needs to be combined with CG100X and activated twice (combine CG70 with CG100X software, Combine CG100X in CG70 software), and it does not need to be activated again afterward.
Combine CG70 and CG100X you don’t need to activate both devices every 30 days.
Autel KM100 Add 2023 Silverado 1500 Key Failed?
Problem:
Tried to program 2023 Silverado 1500 today. It’s proximity fob. I cannot access the ecm. Using Autel KM100.
I had cable plugged in. I had WiFi. I tried auto vin and it pulled vin but couldn’t parse so had to manually do it. Tried the diagnostic scan. Tried hot function. Everything just keep saying it couldn’t access the even.
Solution:
You can only do up to 2022 on all after-market tools. 2023 IS SPS2!! KNIFE KEY!! Need OEM software for that one. or buy the pin code. sps2 is the easiest way.
You need a laptop, J2534 box, Sps2 software, a sps2 subscription.
The truck is CAN-FD and KM100 doesn’t support it.
You can always use the VCI200 from the KM100 with a USB cable and run GM’s Techline Connect. 45 USD subscription for that VIN and program keys at will.

This function short-circuits the TC and TE1 Terminals via OBD to synchronize the immobilizer module data. Ensure that the vehicle is in a non-READY status and igntion is turned on.
Possible to Clone VAG MQB Cluster with Yanhua Mini ACDP?
Question 1:
I have Yanhua Mini ACDP with MQB module 33 and 34. Want to exchange a defective instrument cluster with a used one from a Skoda Octavia 1.6 TDI combi 2018 VIN: TMBJG7NE3J0356697.
Can I clone the old instrument to the used one? and how? What do I have to do?
Question 2:
Will Yanhua ACDP clone original cluster of golf 7 MQB to fit another donor used cluster?
Answer:
Yes. First of all, disassemble the instrument cluster, send us cluster images and processor type (shown in the pictures below). We will verify if it can be done and you should use module 33 or module 34.
Also need to verify it is 5A or 5C cluster. (How to identify MQB 5A and 5C cluster)
ACDP will replace/clone 5A Clusters only. It cannot clone MQB49 5C clusters.
Choose the correct MQB option in ACDP software. Select this option as an example.

How to Solve Autel KM100 Failed to Connect with VCI200
After recent updates some users reported that their Autel KM100 cannot connect with VCI200 via Bluetooth. It is OK with usb cable. There is only problem with bluetooth connection.
Error “Device Not Found”.
Here comes the solution.
The problem usually can be solved by firmware update. The current latest firmware version goes to V1.27 (till Aug. 2024).
How to update Autel KM100 VCI200 Firmware?
Go to Settings-> VCI Manager
Connect VCI200 to KM100 via USB cable
Switch to “Firmware upgrade” and update firmware
Check it your firmware is 1.27, if your firmware is up-to-date, swipe down on the km100 screen, and turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on and it will connect.
Or doing following:
Plug the VCI into a vehicle and power it up. Then use something like your phone to search for Bluetooth devises. If you can find it then the Bluetooth is working and the issue is at the devise end.
Try turning off Bluetooth and back on again.
If that doesn’t work, forget the connection to the VCI and re-pair It again.
If none of that works try factory resetting the tablet.
If none of this works see if you can borrow someone else’s VCI and see if you can pair it. If that works it must be an issue with the VCI and it will need replacing.
Program 2024 Mazda CX-5 All Smart Keys Lost by OBDSTAR G3
Here are the instructions on programming 2024 Mazda CX-5 all proximity smart keys lost using OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 key programmer by OBD.
At least 2 keys are required.
Go to Immobilizer->Mazda->Select from model->CX-5->select from region->2018 up-> Proximity->Type 1-> All smart keys lost
Press and hold the vehicle start button for 10s, Start button indicator light from green to yellow, press the Start button again turn on the instrument.
All smart keys will be erased.
minimum 2 keys are required.
Make sure the igntion is on
Configuring system, once keys have been erased successfully, you will hear a confirmation beep from the horn.
All keys have been erased.
Turn igntion off.
Hold the key close to the igntion button and press it against the button for about 5 seconds.
The first key has been successfully programmed.
Repeat the same steps for the 2nd key.
Turn igntion off
Press the brake padel
Turn all the programmed keys to the Start button to start the engine for 3s.
Then switch ignition off.
Test all keys.
