Menu path:

IMMO & Remote- Nissan- Select from vehicle- North America- Rogue- 2021 to 2023- Smart Key (Push button)- All smart key lost.

All keys of vehicle must be reprogrammed.
Turn ignition off.
Turn on hazard warning lights.
Stay at P or neutral gear.
Steering column is in unlocked state.

Reading data.

Start to read key ID.
Put a smart key to be programmed (with logo upwards) flat on the ignition switch.
Read key number.

Read 28-digit password successfully.

Start to program key.
Put a smart key to be programmed (with logo upwards) flat on the ignition switch.
Program successfully.

Test the new key.

 Problem:

When generating emergency key for 2024 Toyota tundra with the Lonsdor lt20 board set to “BA” and Pke frequency 314.35:312.09. After reading immo data with Lonsdor K518 Pro try to generate emergency key using the lt20 board and it says this now (error No valid key data found or PEPS is brand new). it was not saying this before. Any solution?

Solution:

It’s not the LT20 key problem.
Here is no valid key data in PEPS smart box.

The smart box of this car should have been reset and there is no key information. Enter this menu to reset the smart box.

Menu path:

IMMO & Remote- Toyota- Select from type- All smart key lost- Type 3 (2022-)- 8A- Reset PEPS (AKL).

If this menu does not work, it is not supported.

 AutoTuner released a new OBD protocol on Aug. 22nd, 2025.

What key can be used with CGDI Prog MB key programmer?

Here is the clue.

CGDI MB doesn’t force you to buy or use CGDI MB keys with that device.

You can use Xhorse BE keys (with green or yellow board). Never had problems with that combination.

You can use also used Benz keys to reset them and program them. Tested many times and it works.
You can use also aftermarket Benz keys. They also working.

Only thing is to buy FBS3 keyless keys from CGDI MB if you’re doing keyless cars.
Keep in mind that keyless keys sometimes can make issues.

Problem:

Try to reset the password in CG FC200, it showed an error 0602 and said the account does not exist.  How did you resolve the FC200 connectivity issue?

Solution:

First close the FC200 software, and download from their website the latest fc200 app.
Then install.
Start the software.
Then go to Settings on the top right, and change language and server.

Restart the FC200 app.
If there isn’t any update, try to bind / register again.

Follow this guide to register and bind FC200.

Some users reported they had issues unlocking the Chrysler FCA security gateway with Launch X431 through Autoauth.

Problem  1:

Purchased the Launch x431 pro5 global version last year. It has a valid subscription of two years with the tool registered to autoauth. When unlocking the gateway it gives the option of Europe or other (no USA). When selecting other no Autoauth login pops up, just unable to unlock gateway message.

Problem 2:

So I’ve purchased a Launch X431 pro3 v+ elite (USA user) that allegedly uses Autoauth to unlock gateways on Chrysler vehicles. Long story short, it does not work after update. No place to select north America anymore. Any luck with this?

Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that the LAUNCH software has recently removed the FCA SGW gateway unlocking feature for North America regions.

The European FCA SGW Gateway unlocking feature is still available. Need to purchase EU FCA Unlock license in Mall. (Check Launch X431 EU FCA SGW Unlock).

If you need this functionality,

1). Try to install an older software version.

2). Consider alternative devices, Autel, Xtool, Thinkcar, Topdon etc.

 Keydiy released a new BMW BDC2 adapter for G series key programming (Add key) using KD-X4. Here is an example of adding a spare key to 2018 G38 using KD-X4.

Tools required:

NOTE:

Procedure:
The first step is to remove the BDC2 module from the vehicle.
Disassemble the BDC2 module.

Download Keydiy APP for KD-X4.

Select IMMO Programming- BDC2 (G-series)

KD-X4 APP will show connection diagram.

Connect BMW G series BDC2 adapter with BDC2 module and KD-X4 device.

Connect the BDC2 adapter with BDC2 module.
Connect 12V 2A power adapter to the BDC2 adapter.
Connect BDC2 adapter with KD-X4 programmer.
The BDC2 adapter indicator will turn to red if the connection is well built.

Read programming instructions:

Step 1: Back up vehicle information and Processing
1). Read vehicle status
Read and save vehicle data.

Backup SVT information.
Take a screenshot of the SVT info.

Return and back to perform Step 2: Preprocessing programming.

1). Back up coding
Reading coding data.
Save coding data.



2). Do Preprocessing programming
Select Preprocessing programming.
Load the original car data saved in Step 1.

Check whether the parameters are correct carefully.

Do not make calls or switch applications during the pre-processing process.
Keep the network and Bluetooth connection good to avoid program interruption.
Select the coding data saved previously.
Pre-processing in progress.

Save IMMO data.


Transfer ECU programming data

Select backup ecu coding data file.

Confirm VIN.
Restore ECU coding data.

IMMO data is saved successfully. Now you can add key with the immo data.

Go back and select Key Operation.

Put the phone key to the KD-X4 induction coil.
Select Generate dealer key.

Upload immo data.
Select a key position to generate dealer key.

Insert the original car key to the coil.

Each operation takes 4USD.

Remove the original key.
Insert the phone key to the coil.

Generate dealer key successfully.

Last step is to learn key.
Put the phone key to the ignition coil.
Long press the start button.
Learn the phone key successfully.
