What is CG FC200 “Three Items Not Ready” Function?
What this new “Three item not ready” function in CG FC200 programmer is for?
Here is the clue.
Three item not ready= Three Not-Ready Monitors (three readiness monitors not ready function.)
It’s to set monitors for emissions, it might be useful for some.
Having three monitors in a “Not Ready” state for emissions testing can cause a vehicle to fail, especially for model year 2001 and newer vehicles.
For example, Having issues with emissions readiness for inspection. 3 systems are not ready. Heated catalyst, EGR system and secondary air system.
For vehicles from model years 1996 through 2000, the limit is two “Not Ready” monitors.

Emissions Testing and Readiness Monitors:
Emissions testing involves checking various systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and meeting emissions standards. On-board diagnostics (OBD) monitors play a crucial role in this process. They continuously monitor the vehicle’s emissions systems.
“Not Ready” Status:
If a monitor is “Not Ready,” it means the system hasn’t completed its self-test or hasn’t been able to run the required test conditions. This can happen for various reasons, including a recent battery disconnection, a power issue, or an incomplete drive cycle.
Impact on Emissions Test:
If too many monitors are “Not Ready,” the vehicle may fail the emissions test.
FC200 will fix this issue within software directly.

Autel Toyota iKey Corolla 4A Key Type Incorrect Solution
Problem:
I bought these AUTEL Toyota Ikey SMART KEYS, supposedly Low frequency with an L on the part number, but I can only generate 8A keys only, 433 and 315 MHZ no problems, but other key id like 46, 47 , 49, 4A, it gives frequency error, any solution to this?
on this Toyota Cross 4A 2023, it says “the key type is incorrect. User general low-frequency universal key”.
Solution:
Autel Toyota ikey only supports 8A chip type. Not 46, 47, 49, 4A.
Which Autel Key supports generating 4A Toyota?
The regular cheap plastic grey ones will generate Toyota 4A smart key.
Autel IM508S Program VW Golf 2014 All Keys Lost using Godiag GT110
This guide walks through bench key learning, a method where you program a key using just the instrument cluster and an Autel IM508S/IM608.
Step-by-Step Bench Key Programming
1. Set Up the GoDiag GT110 Simulator
- Connect the GoDiag GT110 to the instrument cluster (from a VW Polo 2009-2014).
- Plug in the 12V power supply to simulate the car’s electrical system.
- Use the DB15 cable to link the GoDiag to your IM508 tablet/PC.
2. Power On the Instrument Cluster
- Press the red ignition button on the GoDiag—this will light up the dashboard (simulating “key on”).
- The cluster should now be in diagnostic mode, ready for programming.
3. Connect the Autel IM508S
- Launch the Autel tool and select:
- Manual Selection → Europe → VW Polo (2010-2014).
- Choose Control Unit → Immobilizer.
- Select NEC24C32 (the immobilizer type).
4. Enter PIN & CS Code
- If you have the PIN and CS code (extracted from the cluster’s EEPROM), enter them now.
- If not, you may need to read the EEPROM first.
5. Insert & Program the Transponder Chip
- Place the blank transponder chip into the GoDiag’s key slot.
- Select “Key Learning” in the Autel IM508S.
- The system will program the chip within 30 seconds.
6. Verify the Key
- Once programmed, the Autel will confirm “Key Learning Completed.”
- The new key should now start the car (once the cluster is reinstalled).
