Autel IM508 Program Mercedes W230 SL55 Key
Autel IM508 program a spare key to Mercedes Benz SL 55 AMG R230 / W230 via OBD successfully.
It took a long time in order to get the password, but in the end, succeed.

2020 Chevrolet Corvette All keys lost. Autel IM608 won’t communicate with ECU.

Solution:
For IM608, you need CAN FD adapter and can only do it during tech hours of Autel. You call them and read the code and they give you the codes to program the keys.

How to Submit Data Report to Autel KM100?
If failed to generate/copy the transponder chip or remote with Autel MaxiIM KM100, you can send log data to Autel technical support.
Follow guide here to send log data.
Go to Generate Transponder function, press icon on the upper left corner
Select type of exception to help the engineer locate the problem, then press OK
Submit the problem in detail and provide KM100 serial number.
Autel engineer will analyze your problem and leave feedback.
How to Fix PCMTuner User Already Exists?
Question: I changed computer so I reinstalled pcmtuner software on another notebook... I've downloaded everything again, I enter my Data but it says already registered user and won't let me log in... does anyone know anything?
Pcmtuner software and hardware are licensed per PC. You would need to reinstall with a different email, then contact the seller again and explain the situation to get license reactivated for new pc.
PCMTuner Cannot Login VZ-performance?
Question:
I can use PCMTuner, I already made the registration when installing the PCM Tuner. I can open the software. but I can’t access vz-performance. The device has been activated. I can now access the https://www.tuner-box.com/ website and the PCM software. But the website https://support.vz-performance.com/ I can’t. Any idea?
Solution:
If you don’t have your device activated. Provide your pcm tuner serial number to your dealer to activate the device.
Also provide the email address and serial number to activate the VZ-performance account separately.
If you are a new user, leave a note to us that you need to activate both pcmtuner software and VZ account.
VZ-performance account password is no longer your email address.
Try to use your email as username and serial number as password.
User Name= registered Email, Password= Software Serial Number.

The factory will synchronize the serial number in the next update.
It will fix this bug. So users don’t need to activate vz-performance separately.
Please do activation until the next software update is released.
